The PCV is where the two rubber hoses plug into the valve cover. The plastic part that plugs into the valve cover is the **** PCV NIPPLE ****
The small hose that plugs into the PCV nipple should have a one way check valve. You should be able to remove the small hose on the intake side at the manifold and be able to draw air through it but not blow through it. The valve is called the *** PCV CHECK VALVE ***
Make sure the small holes at the PCV nipple and the intake manifold are not plugged. If they are use a paper clip and spray gum out to clean them.
Non turbos do not use the PCV CHECK VALVE "Only a straight hose"
It is IMPORTANT that the check valve work properly or when your intake pressure increases "Turbo starts boosting" it will create a positive pressure in the crankcase and can blow your engine seals.
